Appointments
A
member of the International Tax office meets with international
students and scholars on a one-on-one basis. The meeting,
which lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes, is generally by
appointment only on Wednesday and Thursday. During the months
of July, August and September, appointments are scheduled
Tuesday through Thursday to accommodate the high volume of
new international students and scholars starting in the Fall
semester.

25 Science Park
150 Munson Street, 5th Floor
For your convenience there is shuttle service to the new location. 25 Science Park is located at stop #7 on the Red Line. For shuttle information and schedules visit the Yale Parking and Transit Website.
Note:
If an individual cannot make the scheduled appointment, please
cancel or reschedule using the appointment scheduler so that
another individual can schedule for this time.
Important:
Required documents to bring to the appointment:

individual must bring the following documents to the
appointment:
- Passport
- Visa
Stamp
- I-94
form
- appropriate
immigration document (see chart below for examples
of immigration documents).
Also,
if available, bring to the appointment a confirmation
letter describing the position and type of payment
at Yale if not set up in the Payroll system. |
