About Yale Information Technology Services
Our mission
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides computing and communications infrastructure, services, support, and innovation for Yale's instructional, research, public service, and administrative programs. ITS works closely with many other units on campus to provide a wide range of services for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and others. To carry out its mission, ITS meets regularly with the ITS Advisory Committee.
Departments
Office of the University CIO/Director
The University Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology Services at Yale ITS is Philip Long. Chris Kielt is the Deputy Director. ITS is led by a senior leadership team consisting of the University CIO, the ITS Deputy Director and four senior directors.
