Commuter Benefits Program at Yale
Act Now: Don't Forfeit Your Remaining Balance
If you have a balance in the Yale administered program, you will be able to use your remaining funds up through the end of December 31, 2008. Any balances remaining past December 31, 2008 will be forfeited. The Benefits Office will assume responsibility for transit claims reimbursements directly to your paycheck from remaining balances only. You will need to submit a claim form along with your receipts directly to the Benefits Office.

Transit Commuting
Off-Campus Parking
The University has contracted with ADP, Yale’s current flexible spending administrator, to manage the University's commuter benefits program, also known as Transit & Off-campus Parking. This benefit saves you money on monthly transit and off-campus parking expenses by deducting pre-tax funds from your paycheck. You now have the added convenience of accessing your qualified parking and transit expense benefit and purchasing your transit tickets online, through ADP’s Online Commuter Benefits (OCB). You will also receive your transit pass in the mail!
Although ADP will process your expense claims, the Benefits Office handles all aspects of this program such as new enrollments and payroll changes. We are also happy to answer your general questions about the program. Please click on this link: Key Contact Information
