Medical Plan Options
You can choose from three medical plan options or waive coverage altogether, if you are covered under another plan (for example, a spouse’s plan). You may choose coverage from either the Yale Health Plan, the Aetna Choice POS II, or the Aetna Choice POS II with HSA (high deductible health plan). Enrollment Form and Rates.
